In recent years, the development of dual dopant‐based nanoparticles (NPs) has gained significant attention as they possess exceptional physico‐chemical and biomedical properties, making them potential candidates for antimicrobial anticancer uses. this research, we successfully synthesized nickel oxide (NiO) copper, manganese‐doped NiO (CuMn:NiO) NPs using a green synthesis method. The process involved Trigonella foenum‐graecum ( T.f.graecum ) leaves extract nucleating agent. were confirmed by various studies. Based on X‐ray diffraction analysis, median size was determined 36 nm 32 CuMn:NiO NPs. antibacterial study revealed that exhibited higher zone inhibition in contrast to both Gram‐positive Streptococcus pneumoniae , Bacillus subtilis megaterium Gram‐negative bacteria Klebsiella Escherichia coli Vibrio cholerae compared with commercial amoxicillin. antifungal studies conducted against Candida albicans demonstrated enhanced efficacy comparison vitro testing human breast cancer cells (MCF‐7) NPs, supported IC 50 concentrations 11 9 μg/mL, respectively. photoluminescence (PL) spectra emission at 508 518 nm, respectively, which indicated generation active free radicals These findings suggest hold promise healthcare industry.
