We investigated the temperature dependence of intermolecular dynamics, including vibrations and collective orientational relaxation, one most typical deep eutectic solvents, reline, using femtosecond Raman-induced Kerr effect spectroscopy (fs-RIKES), subpicosecond optical (ps-OKES), molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. According to fs-RIKES results, temperature-dependent vibrational band peak at ∼90 cm

Plant-based waste biomass with lignocellulose as an important component is produced in large quantities worldwide every year. The components of that typically exhibit high utilization value include cellulose and hemicellulose, well pentoses hexoses derived from their hydrolysis. As a pretreatment for the hydrolysis process, delignification pivotal step to enhance cellulose/hemicellulose accessibility achieve yields fermentable sugars. Additionally, deep eutectic solvents (DESs) are most widely used during fractionation due clean environmentally friendly attributes. DESs dissolve lignin by inducing amount β-O-4 bond cleavage partial carbon–carbon cleavage, retaining solid residue, while hemicellulose hydrolyzed DES pretreatment. This article provides comprehensive review influence separation process. Key factors such removal rate, sugar conversion product chemical structure critically reviewed assess feasibility employing separation.

In this paper, purple cabbage was used as raw material for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of anthocyanin with deep eutectic solvent. The effects solvent type, solid–liquid ratio, moisture, temperature, and time on the yield from were investigated by single factor test, feasibility method verified standard addition recovery test. test results showed that optimal could be obtained when DES-5 (choline chloride/1, 2-propylene glycol/water) is solvent, ratio 1:32, moisture 50%, temperature 50 °C, 80 min. Under these conditions, extract reached 21.6%, rates 85.62–87.75%. Therefore, DES a promising environmentally friendly extracting anthocyanins instead organic extraction.
