ABSTRACT Honeysuckle, a traditional Chinese medicine, holds significant medicinal value, making it ubiquitous in the medical field. However, efficient extraction of chlorogenic acid from herbal medicine while maintaining its pharmacological activity remains pressing challenge. To address issues environmental pollution and inefficient using solvents, there is need to develop novel solvent. Due their low cost, nontoxic, environmentally friendly characteristics, deep eutectic solvents can be used for extracting materials preserving active ingredients during process. In this study, we examined antibacterial acid, key component honeysuckle, after We gained preliminary insights into extract against various bacteria, including Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus Pseudomonas aeruginosa . Furthermore, analyzed extracts different concentrations liquid medium, morphology bacteria inhibition was analyzed. These findings suggest that solvent (DES) an efficient, friendly, cost‐effective method components honeysuckle. Moreover, extracted DES retain robust physiological activity.
