Abstract Background Although the Patient‐Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG‐SGA) is a reference standard used to assess patient's nutrition status, it cumbersome administer. The aim of present study was estimate value simpler and easier‐to‐use modified PG‐SGA (mPG‐SGA) evaluate status need for intervention in patients with malignant tumors at least two organs. Methods A total 591 (343 male 248 female) were included from INSCOC study. Pearson correlation analysis conducted between mPG‐SGA nutrition‐related factors, optimal cut‐off defined by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). consistency compared concordance analysis. survival determine effects nutritional among different groups. Univariable multivariable Cox analyses applied association all‐cause mortality. Results showed negative factors. Individuals an ≥ 5 (rounded 4.5) considered intervention. Among malnourished (mPG‐SGA 5), overall (OS) those who received significantly higher than that did not. However, OS not better‐nourished < 5). This study investigated the correlation between Naples prognostic score (NPS), clinicopathological traits, and postoperative prognoses of patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Based on NPS, a predictive nomogram was developed to estimate long-term survival probabilities TNBC post-surgery.

Immunotherapy represents an attractive avenue for cancer therapy due to its tumour specificity and relatively low frequency of adverse effects compared other treatment modalities. Despite many advances being made in the field immunotherapy, very few immunotherapeutic treatments have been approved difficult-to-treat solid tumours such as triple negative breast (TNBC), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), advanced prostate (PCa). The anatomical location some these cancers may also make them more difficult treat. Many trials focus solely on immunotherapy failed consider or manipulate, prior intervention, important factors microbiota, which itself is directly linked lifestyle factors, diet, stress, social support, exercise, sleep, oral hygiene.
