We have constructed Fe3O4@BAAH-CuCl nanomagnetic catalyst in ChCl-Urea (choline chloride deep eutectic as solvent) a highly efficient catalytic system for the preparation of 2-aryl quinazoline derivatives through one-pot, three-component reactions 2-bromobenzaldehyde with primary amines and sodium azide under molecular oxygen. FT-IR, VSM, SEM, TEM, TGA, XRD, EDX, ICP-OES elemental mapping analyses confirmed fabrication nanomaterial. In this project, we first prepared various benzylamines from reduction aryl nitriles, then used benzylamine products substrates synthesis presence Fe3O4@BAAH-CuCl/ChCl-Urea an system. Although synthesized (primary quinazolines) were known, their physical state was reported samples literature structure all by 1HNMR 1CNMR.

Abstract Imidazoles are one of the keys N‐heterocycle molecules that exist in structure many biomolecules. In this research project, we reported Fe 3 O 4 @BisImid−CuBr nanocomposite is an attractive and efficient nanomagnetic catalyst to afford 2,4,5–triaryl imidazoles through reactions 1,2–diketones aldehydes presence NH OAc under ecofriendly conditions. The was readily fabricated by a simple method from available reagents its analyzed spectroscopic techniques. SEM TEM images affirmed formation particles spherical shape nanometer–size. Under methodology, diverse library triaryl were afforded with high yields water. This synthetic methodology has significant features such as (a) purity products (b) suitable reaction time (c) use magnetic reusable nanocatalyst (d) reusability performance aqueous medium.
