An investigation examined the impact of co-doping BaTiO3 ceramics with La3+ and Nd3+ on their microstructural, dielectric, phase transition properties. The synthesis Nd3+, using general formula Ba1-x(La1/3, Nd1/3)xTiO3 (BLNdTx) varying concentrations x (0%, 2%, 4%, 8%), is achieved by solid-state reaction technique. A temperature-dependent dielectric permittivity was conducted at four distinct frequencies (1 kHz, 10 100 500 1 MHz) within 30–200 °C temperature range. findings indicate that samples show a diffuse noticeable divergence from typical Curie-Weiss equation. diffuseness parameters γ for rose 1.15 to 1.75 as grew 0 8%, respectively. concurrent surface phenomena, mechanical stress external effect grain boundaries might explain substantial size reduction. in-depth understanding its underlying mechanism would be advantageous advancing practically BaTiO3-based other ferroelectrics.
