Acetaminophen,

cyclooxygenase
(COX)
isoforms
with

selectivity
toward
COX‐2.
This

work
as
precursor
to
create
nine
acetaminophen
based
coumarins
(ACFs).
To
satisfy
the
aim
work,

synthesis

COX‐2
inhibitors,
