Understanding the bioactive potential of plant extracts requires detailed evaluations their chemical composition and bioactivities. This study investigated profiles, antioxidant properties, enzyme inhibitory activities water methanol Stachys chasmosericea Ayasligil & P.H.Davis obtained via ultrasound-assisted extraction. The extract displayed significantly higher total phenolic flavonoid contents compared to extract. Chromatographic analysis revealed verbascoside chlorogenic acid as dominant compounds in extract, whereas contained levels polar like p-coumaric acid. Antioxidant assays demonstrated extract's superior activity. Conversely, excelled metal chelation. RACI values confirmed overall superiority (RACI = 0.65) over −0.65). Enzyme inhibition stronger activity against AChE, BChE, α-amylase, α-glucosidase, tyrosinase showed weaker inhibition. Both for managing oxidative stress enzyme-related disorders but require further vivo validation. highlights S. chasmosericea, particularly its a promising source natural antioxidants inhibitors. Future research should focus on isolating individual bioactives exploring mechanisms action biological systems.
