Abstract Objectives This study investigated the potential ameliorative effects of Albizia ferruginea leaves on letrozole-induced PCOS in Wistar rats. Methods was induced 25 female rats by administering letrozole (1 mg/kg), followed treatment with 100 and 250 mg/kg body weight A. leaf methanolic extract, as well 1 Clomiphene citrate standard. Results An acute toxicity revealed a toxic dosage 2,000 for plant extract. The extract exhibited potent hydroxyl radical scavenging ability. Treatment improved irregular estrus cycle hormonal imbalance. Additionally, administration led to decreased testosterone increased estradiol levels when compared untreated rat.
