Background/Objectives: Registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) are allied healthcare professionals who can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) incorporate healthy eating, but little is known about their involvement in MS care. Thus, the objective of this survey was to investigate perceptions and utilization RDNs care among multidisciplinary providers United States Canada. Methods: An online disseminated via Consortium Centers email listserv MS-specific scientific conferences. The queried practitioner type, RDN referrals, perceived benefits care, proportion patients follow ‘MS diets’ or have nutrition-related issues. ABSTRACT Background People living with multiple sclerosis (plwMS) expect to receive nutrition information from healthcare professionals (HCPs), self‐manage their disease. This study aimed explore plwMS' experiences nutrition‐related care and generate an understanding of needs preferences for how it could be delivered in routine care. Methods qualitative study, informed by interpretive phenomenological approach, was undertaken using online focus groups Australian adults MS. The discussions were recorded transcribed verbatim. Transcribed data analysed inductive, reflexive thematic analysis framework. Results Twenty‐five plwMS participated one six group discussions. Three key themes seven subthemes representing participants' generated: (1) guidance is overlooked MS due HCPs prioritising medication over nutrition, resulting the perception that are own educators; (2) needed , highlighting desire accessible meaningful MS‐related knowledge MS; (3) person‐centred a priority importance acknowledging no one‐size‐fits‐all approach exists plwMS, providing holistic coordination access dietetic services. Background. Nutrition knowledge is a potential tool for improving disease management in multiple sclerosis (MS). Understanding how patients perceive and utilize dietary advice crucial optimizing support strategies to improve MS course management. Aim: To evaluate patient satisfaction with advice, explore awareness the need tailored educational materials. Materials methods. A total of 52 diagnosed (MS) participated this single-center survey-based cross-sectional study. Data were collected through structured online questionnaires from receiving treatment at Kyiv City Clinical Hospital №4 Ukraine between November 2024 January 2025, descriptive statistics calculated. Results. 59 invited participate survey, 7 declining participate. The median age was 36 (IQR: 29-42). group included 38 (65,4%) inpatient 14 (34,6%) outpatient participants, 65,4% being female. Patients categorized as having relapsing-remitting (86.5%), primary progressive (9.6%), secondary (3.9%) forms MS. majority (70.6%) considered nutrition recommendations important, while 49% initiated dialogue about physicians, 67.4% sought information online. Satisfaction resources averaged 3.7/5 (n=30), compared 3.6/5 (n=23) provided by physicians. Conclusion.
