Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are ideal sacrificial templates and precursors with specialized micro- nanostructures. In this paper, bimetallic MOFs-derived Fe2O3/In2O3 composites were proposed for detecting triethylamine (TEA) gas high sensitivity low working temperature by a simple one-step oil bath method. The samples analyzed XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS structural morphology chemical state, their performance was investigated. findings demonstrate that nanotubes exhibit remarkable to TEA gas. response value 5 ppm of is 6250 at 100 °C, which 11.4 times higher than In2O3. enhanced sensing can be attributed the generation additional absorbed oxygen formation heterojunctions, as evidenced experimental density functional theory (DFT) calculations.
