Abstract
Topological
magnetic
textures
(TMTs)
such
as
skyrmions,
merons,
and
vortices
are
promising
for
next‐generation
spintronic
technology.
Here,
the
prospect
of
TMTs
in
cooling
technology
is
explored,
influence
on
magnetocaloric
effect
(MCE)
typical
Janus
monolayers
(symmetry‐broken
VSi
2
N
4
derivatives)
that
exhibit
prominent
Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya
interaction
(DMI)
specifically
elaborated.
It
found
P
,
As
NAs
3
allow
versatile
including
bimerons,
meron
pairs
skyrmions.
Skyrmions
bimerons
demonstrated
to
remain
stable
up
100
K.
Under
external
fields,
either
experience
shrinkage
or
a
significant
magnetization
reversal.
This
results
TMTs‐mediated
MCE
driven
by
topological
magnetic‐to‐ferromagnetic
phase
transition,
which
intrinsically
differs
from
conventional
paramagnetic‐to‐ferromagnetic
transition.
The
revealed
benefit
combination
pseudo‐first‐order
second‐order
transition
thus
broader
operating
temperature
range.
These
findings
offer
an
in‐depth
understanding
role
can
inspire
nanoscale
2D
science

Abstract
Structures
featuring
flexoelectric
and
flexomagnetic
effects
have
great
potential
for
the
manufacture
of
innovative
devices,
such
as
data
storage,
actuators,
sensors
energy
harvesters.
To
evaluate
stability
buckling
behaviors
magneto‐electric‐elastic
(MEE)
cylindrical
shells
with
are
investigated.
A
novel
model
is
developed
based
on
high‐order
shear
deformation
shell
theory
incorporating
pre‐buckling
non‐uniform
deformation.
The
critical
loads
mode
shapes
obtained
by
Galerkin's
method
involving
some
newly
proposed
trial
functions.
key
parameters
including
boundary
conditions,
geometrical
parameters,
coefficients
external
magnetoelectric
field
MEE
results
indicate
that
effect
enhances
stresses,
while
weakens
them.
Therefore,
combination
magnetic
electric
fields
provides
an
effective
way
to
adjust
