In this study, seeded zinc oxide (Z-ZnO) thin films were fabricated by a two-step electrochemical deposition process. Different annealing temperatures (300, 400, 500, and 600 °C) investigated to determine the most effective temperature for photocatalytic activity. Comprehensive analyses conducted using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV–visible spectrophotometry. The XRD results confirmed formation of wurtzite hexagonal structure, with highest crystallinity observed at 400 °C. lowest band gap value, 3.29 eV, was also recorded Z-ZnO film annealed SEM images revealed that treated °C exhibited well-defined uniform contributing its enhanced properties. efficiency ZnO (without seeding layer) evaluated through degradation tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) prove effect presence primary layer on efficiency. without 69.8%. By applying in film, has been increased 75.8%. On other hand, achieved high 82.6% over 300 min photoelectrocatalytic system. obtained are highly photocatalysts photoelectrocatalysts, offering significant potential pharmaceuticals pollutants water.

The reflux method was successfully employed to synthesize a CuWO4-decorated zine oxide (ZnO) corn kernel-like nanostructure. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the CuWO4 and ZnO nanostructures exhibit anorthic hexagonal structures, respectively. composite structure of composed two phases: CuWO4. photodegradation rhodamine B tested using CuWO4, ZnO, various photocatalysts under solar radiation for 140 min. Among tested, 10% exhibited highest photocatalytic activity. Additionally, this material demonstrated high stability reusability over three consecutive tests.
