The technology of obtaining porous nanostructures is based on ecological organosilicon materials and their uses in some spheres human life, for example, medical preparations, thermal insulation building structures industrial equipment, cleaning. purpose this study was to establish correlations between various experimental parameters (shear stress, speed pulsations, temperature, viscosity, processing time) the rheological characteristics suspensions obtained by method liquid-phase dispersion; it a hydrodynamic effects processes heat mass exchange liquid systems during dispersion hydrogel monoliths means discrete-pulse activation special rotary apparatus. dehydration hydrogels carried out two methods: convective drying layer spraying coolant flow. Experiments have shown that key stable homogeneous are synergistic combination concentration factors time. To obtain adsorbents form pastes with specified adsorption properties monolith size up 300 μm, optimal were 70% time double-recirculation mode. Xerogels polydisperse mixture strong fragile aggregates. In contrast, xerogel spray show great homogeneity terms strength characteristics. dispersions, which depend treatment modes, dominant affecting moisture extraction drying. This marks first investigation into resilience against influence intense turbulence fields mechanical stresses experienced within rotor apparatus suspension production.

Isoliquiritigenin (ISL) has excellent neuroprotective effects. However, its limitations, including poor solubility, low bioavailability, and accumulation in the brain, restrict clinical promotion. In this study, a novel type of ISL-loaded liposome (ISL-LP) modified with brain-targeting polypeptide angiopep-2 was prepared to improve these properties. The zeta potential, morphology, particle size, encapsulation efficiency, drug loading, vitro release ISL-LP were evaluated. pharmacokinetics tissue distribution ISL also investigated. results demonstrated that had an average size 89.36 ± 5.04 nm, polymer dispersity index 0.17 0.03, potential -20.27 2.18 mV, efficiency 75.04 3.28%. experiments indicate is desirable sustained-release system. After intravenous administration, LPC-LP prolonged circulation time vivo enhanced relative brain uptake. conclusion, could serve as promising system for treatment prevention central nervous (CNS) disorders.
