ABSTRACT Objectives To conduct a critical review of the current applications, challenges and future directions three‐dimensional bioprinting (3DBP) in otolaryngology with focus on surgical education, personalised implants regenerative medicine. Design Expert opinion based targeted literature clinical experience. Setting Translational research relevance academic otolaryngology. Main Outcome Measures Assessment approaches new materials, anatomical accuracy, overcoming limitations by pairing enhanced technology as virtual augmented reality. Results 3DBP is fast becoming an asset to These stereolithography (SLA) models facilitate use high‐fidelity temporal bone for simulation training. Functional outcomes patient‐specific ossiculoplasty cochlear implantation are promising, albeit mostly preclinical settings. Educators have turned reality platforms improve classroom experiences. But significant hurdles remain, including biocompatibility, cost high‐resolution technologies regulatory impediments translation. Conclusion Numerous studies reported transformative potential planning, education implementation treatment A balanced assessment both its promise essential ethical integration. The translation this into routine practice will require multidisciplinary collaboration rigorous validation through trials. Level Evidence: V.

Abstract Background Auricular avulsion can cause severe psychological effects. There are no established protocols for surgical treatment such injuries. Acute care involves various procedures like graft reattachment, skin flap reconstruction, Baudet approach, and microvascular repair. Objectives Reviewing the literature regarding reattachment techniques managing complete auricular was goal of this review. It also aimed to help surgeon choose best total reconstruction method considering available materials assess advantages disadvantages each technique. Methods We thoroughly reviewed relevant research on publications describing repaired with which were indexed in PubMed, MEDLINE, Scopus. The study accepted English-language papers without determining their publication date, using a database search based key words. Conclusions According literature, restoration is more successful avulsed ears, although composite grafts better aesthetically. Early hyperbaric oxygen improve patient outcomes. Recently, 3D printing big step forward providing patient-specific, customizable, efficient alternative people loss.
