Therefore, reliable detection its concentration is essential for environmental protection physical Herein, an efficient stable voltammetric sensor based on zirconium-based metal–organic framework/carboxylated multiwalled nanotube nanocomposites (UiO-66/MWCNT-COOH) was constructed determination GAT. morphologies, microstructures, electrochemical properties UiO-66/MWCNT-COOH were investigated by using various microscopic, spectroscopic, techniques. showed good electrocatalytic activity GAT oxidation with remarkable response signals, which primarily attributed to synergistic effect from UiO-66 MWCNT-COOH. Electrochemical kinetics studies revealed that irreversible diffusion-limited reaction involving two protons electrons. anodic peak current linearly correlated in range 0.05 10 μM a low limit 0.0075 μM. Moreover, demonstrated high selectivity, reproducibility, repeatability as well extraordinary long-term stability (at least 7 weeks). proposed reliably detected trace effluent, milk, serum, eye drops satisfactory recoveries.
