In this study, ground polymers were prepared from mudstone and slag. NaOH water glass used as alkaline exciters mine waste rock aggregate was the for slag-based waterproof composites (MSWCs). A series of laboratory tests, including a uniaxial compression test, cyclic loading unloading scanning electron microscope penetration test conducted macrostructural microstructural analysis. The effect coupling between proportion number tests investigated. results showed that it is feasible to use slag synthesize geopolymers, MSWCs fulfil conditions reconstituted barrier. permeability with different proportions set in study fulfils requirement being material, compressive strength gradually decreased increases proportion. Considering UCS MSWCs, optimal MSWC r = 0.6. times 0, 25, 50, 100 set, an increase times, tendency increasing first then decreasing. SEM microfractures pores appeared which led gradual its decrease waterproofness.
