Background: In vitro maturation (IVM) is a promising technique in assisted reproductive technologies, offering benefits such as reducing the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate effects timed follicular fluid meiosis-activating sterol (FF-MAS) supplementation on IVM germinal vesicle oocytes using dynamic microfluidic system. Materials and Methods: this lab trial study, 266 were collected from Infertility Center Fatemieh hospital, Hamedan, Iran between June 2023 January 2024. The allocated into 3 groups for culture. Each group received culture medium at flow rate 0.36 μL/min 24 hr through inlet A FF-MAS B 1, 2, 6 hr. evaluated fertilization rates, embryo development, mitochondrial status, which was assessed JC-1 membrane potential assay. Results: Maturation rates significantly higher medium-term exposure (MTG) long-term compared short-term (STG) (p < 0.05). Fertilization also MTG STG Embryo formation proportion good-quality embryos (100% vs. 75%; p = 0.03) (83.3% 33.3%; 0.01), respectively. Mitochondrial peripheral distribution than 0.04). Conclusion: Optimizing duration enhances efficiency, strategy increase oocyte utilization in-vitro programs.

Lung cancer, the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, is characterized by its aggressive nature and poor prognosis. As traditional chemotherapy has disadvantage non-specificity, nanomedicine offers innovative approaches for targeted therapy, particularly through development nanoparticles that can deliver therapeutic agents directly to cancer cells, minimizing systemic toxicity enhancing treatment efficacy. VEGF VEGFR are shown be responsible activating different signaling cascades, which will ultimately enhance tumor development, angiogenesis, metastasis. By inhibiting pathways, these nanotherapeutics effectively disrupt angiogenesis proliferation. This review highlights recent advancements in nanoparticle design, including lipid-based, polymeric, inorganic nanoparticles, their clinical implications improving lung outcomes, exploring role diagnoses treatment.
