The advancement of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) and piezoelectric (PENGs) have impacted different fields emerging technological applications by changing wasted mechanical energy into useful electrical energy. Specifically, TENGs PENGs contribute as a power source for applications, such health fitness real-time monitoring therapeutic interventions flexible smart fabric wearable devices variety also to intelligent transportation security including vehicle safety systems IoT-based feedback alerts. Furthermore, it highlights environmental air quality purification. Abstract Mechanical system with adjustable stiffness and damping (ASAD) shows great potential in vibration suppression of aircraft, vehicle, precise instrument, etc. However, current ASAD systems consist power, sensing, controlling components, which bring huge challenges reliability integrability, critically limit its application diversity. Herein, we proposed the first strategy for regulating that is simplification, self‐powered no‐delay by deeply coupling triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) electrorheological fluid (ERF). Under time‐varying mechanical triggering, local time correlated output TENG instantaneously applied on ERF regulates entire dynamically “in‐phase”. As an illustration, resonance a cantilever effectively suppressed naturally without complicated strategy, isolating efficiency reaches up to 85.2%. Finally, transmission demonstrated utilizing rotary ERF, excellent soft‐start performance enabled this self‐regulating strategy. This work may provide opening arsenal methodologies used systems.
