Constructing a ocean Internet of Things requires an essential environment monitoring system. However, the widely distributed existing sensors make it impractical to provide power and transmit monitored information through cables. Therefore, systems particularly need continuous supply wireless transmission capability for information. Consequently, high-strength, environmentally multi-compatible, floatable metamaterial energy harvesting device has been designed integrated dynamic matching optimization materials, structures, signal transmission. The self-powered system breaks limitations cables batteries in ultra-low-frequency wave (1 2 Hz), enabling real-time various parameters wirelessly transmitting data cloud post-processing. Compared with solar wind environment, based on defective state characteristics metamaterials achieves high-energy density (99 W/m3). For first time, stable realized weather conditions (24 h). Point-defect have property concentrating vibration at defect location. We design environmental node this property, which can efficiently convert kinetic into electrical environment.
