Continuous monitoring of heart rate (HR) and respiratory (RR) plays a pivotal role in evaluating cardiopulmonary coordination (CRC). Wearable technologies have empowered long-term parameters across spectrum activities, including physical exercise, mental states, dietary habits, the effects pharmaceutical interventions. This study presents wearable pocket-sized sensor based on biomedical eddy current sensing technology. The novel utilizes magnetic coupling between AC coil-produced fields current-induced counteracting to measure resonant frequency variation response synchronized cardiac lung activities without skin contact. proposed is characterized by its compact form with diameter 4.53 cm supporting wireless data transmission. Importantly, influence frequencies signals was investigated through capacitor adjustments, resulting personalized optimization measurement conditions. In practical applications, effect wide fabric thicknesses performance assessed, demonstrating identifiable for allowing determination HR RR. real-life scenarios, RR were measured during both resting exercise conditions, effectively showcasing potential single capture essential CRC indicators. These findings provide strong validation sensor's promising realm wearable, long-term, all-in-one healthcare.
