Abstract Radiative cooling has emerged as a promising technique for reducing energy consumption in building thermal management due to its passive property and no external requirement. Despite significant advances, scalable production of artificial photonic radiators with periodic structures, environmental stability, high radiative performance, economic applicability is still challenging most state‐of‐the‐art coolers. Rational structure materials design are essential promote daytime sunlight reflectance while maintaining emissivity within the atmospheric window (8–13 µm). In this work, inspired from unique hair heat‐resistant organisms, biomimetic micro‐pyramid shaped model analyzed. By mimicking intricate silicon template, film containing specialized fabricated by integrating dielectric constant polymers receiving PVDF coating. The resulting boasts solar 97.3% an exceeding 98% infrared light emission window. addition, rubber endows membrane strong tensile rebound properties surficial hydrophobicity protects dust infestation. Considering manufacturing simplicity cost‐effectiveness, method shows great potential mass production, shedding on management.
