Abstract Broadening near‐infrared (NIR) spectral response by virtue of organic bulk heterojunction (BHJ) is intensively explored to enhance power conversion efficiency ( PCE ) perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, the complex photovoltaic morphology and undesirable conductivity in BHJ structure can lead severe loss performance, which are still urgent challenges for commercialization integrated PSCs (IPSCs). Recently, gradual development pseudo‐planar (PPHJ) with excellent vertical phase separation improved charge transfer hopefully provide more opportunities IPSCs. Herein, an optimization strategy reported employing PPHJ hydrophobic long alkyl chains as NIR light‐absorbing layer devices, light IPSCs extended 920 nm. Owing lone electron pairs sulfur atoms, D18‐Cl has functioned effective additive that effectively modulate growth passivate defects. As a result, optimized device achieved impressive 23.25%, while short‐circuit current enhanced from 22.93 25.14 mA cm −2 . The long‐term humidity stability perovskite/PPHJ significantly elevated compared based on BHJ.
