Recreating natural organisms' dynamic shape-morphing and adaptive color-changing capabilities in a compact structure poses significant challenges but unlocks unprecedented hybridized robotic-visual applications. Overcoming programmability predictability obstacles is key to achieving real-time, responsive changes appearance functionality, enhancing robot-environment-user interactions ways previously unattainable. Herein, Soft Magneto-Mechano-Chromic (SoMMeC) comprising magnetic actuating synthetic photonic film, mirroring the intricate color-tuning mechanism of chameleons devised. A model combining numerical simulation strain-dependent color evolution map enables precise predictions controllable shape-color alterations across various geometrical magnetization profiles. The SoMMeC exhibits rapid (0.1s), broad (full-visible spectrum), tether-free (remote manipulation), programmable (model-guided control) transformations, surpassing traditional limitations with its real-time response, omnidirectional coloration for enhanced visibility, robustness against external disturbances. translates into advertising iridescence, camouflage, self-sensing, multi-level encryption, transcends robotics by seamlessly blending movement nuanced visual changes. It opens up spectrum applications that redefine robotic functionality through modulation, making systems more versatile, adaptive, suitable unexplored integrative functions.
