Due to the rapid development of high-speed train automatic driving, combination forms multimodal interface are various. In order determine differential effects visual location and auditory on takeover efficiency validity in driving scenario, 48 participants were selected conduct simulation test reaction time, completion errors, SUS scale generalized anxiety disorder analyzed by variance analysis Mann-Whitney U test. The results show that non-speech type can attract drivers 'attention faster, has significant advantage response, but it should avoid caused startle effect when used. Finally, reasonable TOR design suggestions for autopilot formed, which provide theoretical basis autopilot, new research methods evaluation optimization man-machine cooperation.
