Abstract In the present study, bark extract of Acacia nilotica plant was used to green synthesis and Characterization Silver nanoparticles check their insecticidal potential against three important mosquito vectors such as Aedes aegyptii, Anopheles stephensi Culex quinquefasciatus. Our research aims investigate therapeutic combined with nanoparticles. The synthesized silver were characterized by UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) EDax techniques (EDAX) X-ray diffraction (XRD). UV-Vis confirms peak at 420 nm showed SEM spherical shape EDAX revealed chemical components Ag, N, Oxygen a strong elemental signal in association distinct for Ag confirmed 3.15keV. XRD determined crystalline properties (AgNP). antioxidant using AgNP DPPH, hydroxyl ABTS free radical scavenging assays. DPPH activities highest inhibition 63% 84%, while analysis 58%. Antibacterial activity shows level S. pyrogens, P. aeruginosa P.vulgaris. This study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of Ag-embedded ZnO nanocomposites with varying silver (Ag) contents (1, 3, 5 wt %) to evaluate their photocatalytic antioxidant activities. The were synthesized using a sol–gel method, followed by thermal decomposition, characterized XRD, SEM, BET, Raman, EDS, TEM, FTIR, UV–vis spectroscopy. degradation rhodamine 6G (R6G) dye was tested under UV light, its capacity evaluated DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, FIC assays. Among samples, ZnO-5 % Ag nanocomposite exhibited enhanced efficiency, achieving 93.36% R6G, reaction rate constant 6.54 × 10–3 min–1. It also demonstrated recyclability, retaining over 91% efficiency after five cycles. In assays, composite showed free radical scavenging capacity, confirming strong potential. These offer dual functionality, enhancing both Future research will focus scalability visible-light performance enhance applications in environmental remediation biomedical applications.
