Neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, present considerable challenges in their early detection, monitoring, management. The paper presents NeuroPredict, a healthcare platform that integrates series of Internet Medical Things (IoMT) devices artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to address these proactively improve the lives patients with or at risk neurodegenerative diseases. Sensor data obtained through standardized non-standardized forms are used construct detailed models monitored patients’ lifestyles mental physical health status. offers personalized management by integrating AI-driven predictive detect symptoms track disease progression. focuses on NeuroPredict integrated emotion detection algorithm based voice features. rationale for is two fundamental observations: (a) there strong correlation between health, (b) frequent negative states affect quality life signal potential future declines, necessitating timely interventions. Voice was selected primary mood due its ease acquisition without requiring complex dedicated hardware. Additionally, features have proven valuable further assessments, including diagnosis Alzheimer’s

The debate regarding diagnostic classification systems in psychiatry (categorial vs dimensional systems) has essential implications for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of stress reactions. We previously found a unique pattern reaction study executed during coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic using large representative samples two countries, termed it Complex Stress Reaction Syndrome (CSRS).To investigate CSRS, Type A (psychiatric symptoms, spanning anxiety, depression, post-traumatic disorder (PTSD)), with or without long-coronavirus (COVID) residuals (CSRS, B, neuropsychiatric symptoms cognitive deficits fatigue, excluding systemic symptoms). Our two-tailed hypothesis was that CSRS is condition related to an unrecognized type daily life general population (Type A) severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 infection its long-COVID B).977 individuals four continents (North America, Europe, Australia Middle East) completed online questionnaire six languages Qualtrics platform. managed by teams countries promoted on social media. assessed PTSD A), fatigue B). data were analyzed Proportion Analyses, Multivariate Analysis Co-Variance (MANCOVA), linear regression analyses validated clinical cutoff points. The results Analyses showed prevalence 4 significantly higher than most prevalent combinations fewer across continents, age groups, gender.
