Abstract
Theory
and
research
on
self‐regulation,
emotional
adjustment,
interpersonal
processes
focus
increasingly
parasympathetic
functioning,
using
measures
of
vagally
mediated
heart
rate
variability
(vmHRV)
or
respiratory
sinus
arrhythmia
(RSA).
This
review
describes
models
vmHRV
in
these
areas,

Abstract
Sleep
and
mental
health
are
intrinsically
intertwined,
but
not
every
individual
with
problems
sleeping
develops
a
disorder.
This
study
examined
the
association
among
chronotypes,
resilience,
sleep
quality
symptoms
amongst
otherwise
healthy
individuals.

hundred
adults
(
