Population has increased drastically over the years and new diseases compete with population. Immunisation is a preventive measure, which makes person resistant or immune to disease. Vaccination stimulates our own system against infection diseases. Vaccines are available for more than twenty life-threatening it saves millions of lives throughout world. In 70th World Assembly conducted in year 2017, around 194 countries participated took oath strengthen vaccination thereby achieving goals Global Vaccine Action Plan (GVAP). spite remarkable immunisation progress, approximately 20 million infants not exposed every year. The progress stalled even reversed some countries, there real risk that complacency will undermine past achievements. This paper considered database vaccine consumption rate from many issued by WHO analyse reason poor access respect morality poverty levels. For this analysis, relation between children below five years, children’s death record United Nations Children’s Education Fund (UNICEF), index considered. Multivariate linear regression algorithm used identify correlation datasets. result shows an increase coverage results reduction on mortality most countries. A coefficient 0.7 was found IMR dosages. Sub-Sahara countries’ direct impact declined view coverage.

ABSTRACT Predicting epidemic evolution is essential for informed decision-making and guiding the implementation of necessary countermeasures. Computational models are vital tools that provide insights into illness progression enable early detection, proactive intervention, targeted preventive measures. This paper introduces Sybil, a framework integrates machine learning variant-aware compartmental models, leveraging fusion data-centric analytic methodologies. To validate evaluate Sybil’s forecasts, we employed COVID-19 data from two European countries. The dataset included number new recovered cases, fatalities, variant presence over time. We forecasting precision Sybil in periods which there change trend pandemic or appears. Results demonstrate outperforms conventional approach, being able to forecast accurately changes trend, magnitude these changes, future prevalence variants.
