Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with recurrent course, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) regarded as an effective treatment. In this study, we aim to evaluate the potential effects elucidate mechanism of PTQX formula in alleviating house dust mite (HDM)-induced AD model. NC/Nga mice were divided into Control, model PTQX-treated stimulated HDM oinment. exerted significant anti-inflammatory effects, alleviated performance, decreased serum IgE by more than 2-fold, reduced secretion level other cytokines downregulated Th2 cells ratio lymph nodes. Treatment cytokines, which was measured cytokine array kit (RayBio®). Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathway enrichment revealed effect via regulation NF-κB Toll-like receptor signaling pathway. Data independent acquisition (DIA) proteomics analysis results showed that expression totally 149 proteins regulated formula, while TRADD significantly downregulated. According western blotting analysis, group exhibitied over 2-fold TRADD, TRAF2 RIP1 compared group, accompanied inhibition activity. Collectively, finding suggested may exert inhibiting TRADD/TRAF2/RIP1 complex downregulating activity
