Introduction Interpersonal synchronization involves the alignment of behavioral, affective, physiological, and brain states during social interactions. Objectives Preservation of brain health is an urgent priority for the world’s ageing population. The evidence base optimisation strategies rapidly expanding, but clear recommendations have been limited by heterogeneity in measurement outcomes.
