Background and Objective: In the context of rapidly aging global population, older adult vulnerability poses a significant challenge for public health systems. Frailty, cognitive nutritional status, depression, grip strength are essential parameters staging adults. The objective this study is to identify rapid but multidimensional geriatric assessment tool that can enhance rehabilitation process adults, tailored their specific needs. Materials Methods: This pilot examines relationships between strength, frailty, cognition in group 80 adults with mean age 69.6 years, 49 male 31 female, using standardized scales digital measurements. employed dynamometer, portable reliable facilitated quick accurate Results: analysis revealed correlations among parameters. Greater was associated better performance (r = 0.237, p 0.034) improved status 0.267, 0.016), while it inversely related frailty −0.313, 0.005). Nutritional also played key role, showing an inverse relationship −0.333, 0.003) depression levels −0.248, 0.027). Furthermore, were strongly interconnected, those experiencing higher displaying more severe depressive symptoms 0.545, < 0.001). Marital relevant: married participants exhibited lower fewer symptoms, suggesting social support positively influences both physical mental Conclusions: These findings not only emphasize need integrated care approaches simultaneously address health, nutrition, function, provide foundation development protocol, which consists dynamometer four scales. Such could play crucial role early detection syndrome guide implementation multidisciplinary, therapeutic strategies aimed at preserving autonomy improving quality life
