Abstract In the present work, Mesua ferrea Linn seed oil was hydroprocessed in a 2-liter batch reactor at 350-400 oC and 5 bar initial H2 pressure using biomass wasted supported Ni/Mo commercial Pd/C catalysts for one hour. The synthesized from wastes materials were characterized XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS, TGA, FTIR techniques used hydroprocessing of MFL oil. Catalytic produced about 92% biocrude, with remaining 7% escaping as non-condensable gases 1% water bottom reactor. resulting biocrude distilled True Boiling Point (TBP) distillation unit accordance ASTM D2892 D5236 specifications applicable to petroleum refineries. After characterizing distillate fractions, green gasoline fraction boiling range 35-140 found be 6-10%, kerosene/aviation fuel 140-180 5-7%, diesel 180-370 33-35% by volume. Additionally, 7–9 vol.% wax 370–482 may also extracted TBP unit. Thus, it is possible fractionate 61–65% original into products. Furthermore, properties gasoline, kerosene, fractions obtained on par or even better than those their analogs, indicating that they might an equivalent substitute drop-in-fuels.
