This study establishes a three-party evolutionary game model that includes marine ranch firms, consumers, and the government, with focus on digital transformation pattern of ranching. Subsequently, researchers conduct gaming simulation to analyze government subsidy strategy in The following findings are derived: (1) Government subsidies have potential facilitate ranches, benefiting both supply demand sides. positively influence firms involvement consumers this process. (2) from system demonstrate alterations cost–benefit dynamics each participant lead adjustments steady state, thereby prompting adapt its optimal strategy. (3) More not always better. Excessive will destroy stability system, which is conducive realization digitization ranch. (4) Subsidizing more effective driving than subsidizing firms. Subsidies whereas contributes stability.

Purpose Mega construction projects (megaprojects) require technological innovation cooperation (TIC) to address complex demands and the interests of multiple stakeholders. Although TIC has been extensively discussed at firm level, a significant gap remains in understanding megaprojects project level. This paper aims identify TIC’s influencing factors transmission paths discuss stakeholders’ mechanisms Design/methodology/approach Based on case analysis, expert interviews, literature analysis Delphi method, this identifies A structural system these is constructed by interpretive modeling (ISM), developing various for from bottom top. Abstract Government and marine ranching enterprises play decisive roles in promoting the sustainable development of ranching. The decisions made by these entities, whether short-sighted or far-sighted, can significantly impact industry. This study proposes a differential game model to systematically examine dynamic decision-making processes both entities ranching, considering their distinct behavioral strategies. helped determining optimal strategy for subsidy, government’s promotional decisions, best enterprise. also uses Yantai Shandong Province as case study. findings suggest that government subsidy measures serve an effective intervention incentivize boost market demand, regardless enterprises. However, behavior could negatively affect goodwill demand products, thereby impeding Moreover, on are based external conditions. offer valuable guidance developing

Regional synergy innovation capability is an important driving force in promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of regional economy. Taking panel data Yangtze River Delta integration region from 2010 to 2019 as a sample, this study constructs evaluation index system capability, weights using entropy weight method, measures (three provinces one city) composite degree model. The empirical results show that has increased steadily, but there still much room for improvement. Anhui great potential with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai. Therefore, proposes countermeasures suggestions Anhui’s under Delta. This provides theoretical methodological support enhancing decision
