In this paper, the negative impact of charging load generated by disorderly scheme large-scale pure electric vehicles on operation performance power grid system and problem reducing its energy efficiency are studied analyzed. First, based Matlab 2022a simulation software Monte Carlo random sampling method, probability density model factors affecting is constructed, total different quantities simulated. Second, IEEE33-node distribution network introduced to simulate influence under permeability schemes. Finally, multi-objective genetic algorithm used optimize cost battery life. Taking 20% as an example, research results show that, compared with scheme, optimization reduces peaking valley difference rate 24.34%, generation 29.5%, 23.9%. The profit increased 45.8%, conclusion has practical significance for vehicles.

Greenhouse gas emissions are a leading cause of global warming, posing significant threats to both the natural environment and sustainable development economies societies. Environmental regulations have been crucial in reducing these improving ecological conditions. This study presents first theoretical analysis mechanisms through which formal informal environmental influence carbon intensity. A panel data model was constructed empirically test analyze impact on intensity across 118 countries. The findings reveal that exerted reduced emission intensity, affirming their significance promoting energy conservation reduction. Moreover, synergistic effect observed between two types regulations, indicating coordinated enforcement could further mitigate Regional revealed regulation exhibited dampening high- low-carbon However, moderating found be markedly stronger countries compared high-carbon counterparts. synergy forms had more pronounced countries, underscoring potent reduction when implemented tandem. insights gained from this can aid policymakers developing effective policies aimed at realizing goals, thereby contributing mitigation warming promotion development.

Improving urban green land utilization efficiency (UGLUE) is the key to promoting and sustainable development in China. Clarifying impact of economic growth target management (EGTM) on UGLUE its mechanism action great significance improving UGLUE. Selecting 273 cities China from 2010 2021 as research sample, this paper uses panel data model, spatial Durbin model (SDM) empirically examine impact, transmission spillover effect EGTM (including values, hard constraints soft targets) In addition, threshold verify role environmental regulation relationship between The found that: (1) Local value have a negative UGLUE, while are conducive (2) Green technology innovation industrial structure upgrading main channels. (3) As intensity increases, weakens, positive strengthens. (4) surrounding areas can reduce region, improve region. (5) Economic targets greatest central region resource-based cities. future, importance GDP rate official performance evaluations should be reduced. More flexible “soft constraints” used set targets.

Investigating the carbon reduction effects of New Energy cities Demonstration Policy (NECDP) is crucial for promoting energy transition strategy and meeting “dual carbon” targets. This study, grounded in stakeholder theory, examines mechanisms behind NECDP’s from perspectives both constraints incentives. Using panel data 266 at prefecture level above China, A difference-in-differences model mediation effect are used to assess impact NECDP on emissions. The study’s results indicate that: 1) significantly reduced emissions, this conclusion holds up after robustness checks that control other policies variable replacements. From a dynamic perspective, did not become significant until third year, suggesting certain time lag. 2) Mechanism tests show NECDP, as weak constraint incentive environmental policy. It generates incentives stakeholders, such governments, businesses, public. government enhances oversight increases investment technology, while public becomes more environmentally conscious, engages green low-carbon consumption, participates regulation. Businesses, turn, innovate technologies adopt clean, production methods, which help drive industrial upgrades reduce 3) Heterogeneity analysis shows stronger regions with lower urbanization, fewer resource-based industries, greater digitization, focus.

Reducing carbon emissions in the building sector is crucial to achieving peak and neutrality goals. Identifying influencing factors of from operations at city level predicting peaks great significance for developing locally adapted policies. This article examines spatial temporal trends operation stage Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region over last 15 years. analyzes driving a using GDIM method evaluates decoupling status income growth with GDIM-based model. The time value operational YRD are predicted through combination scenario analysis Monte Carlo method. research shows that: (1) total increased by 163.63%, residents’ disposable energy consumption contributed most. (2) In terms relationship between growth, rural residential buildings (RR) outperform urban (UR) public (PB). (3) According dynamic simulation, emission expected 498.18–504.83 Mt MtCO 2 2030 2035. (4) PBs URs Nanjing, Suzhou some third- fourth-tier cities, RRs eastern central cities will occur latest, necessitating close monitoring. These findings can serve as basis scientific reasonable reduction policies multilevel governance context.
