Ocean space is of paramount importance to coastal regions worldwide. However, rapid development has led competition in marine spatial allocation, exacerbating conflicts within maritime domains. Despite significant progress establishing regulations for governance Taiwan, across diverse industries due a lack planning (MSP) institutions remain persistent challenge.
