Abstract This study provides a comprehensive perspective on the integration of Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) in translating environmental management strategies into corporate outcomes, both at firm and supply chain levels. Grounded legitimacy theory agency theory, we introduce conceptual framework to comprehensively investigate impact EMA implementation performance (CEP) financial (CFP). Additionally, by considering dynamics supplier–buyer relationships, this research delves influence alignment performance, encompassing CEP CFP within network. Abstract This study offers new insights into organizational inclusion and corporate sustainable development in the Japanese context. Specifically, we aim to explore antecedents of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) its effects on outcomes, such as market performance (CMP) environmental (CEP).
