Nanotopological domains such as skyrmions, bubbles, and mesons in ferroelectric thin films offer fascinating physical properties well potential applications. Particularly, topological bubble demonstrate extraordinary piezoelectric response enhancement, yet the fundamental mechanism remains ambiguous. Here, were induced Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-based by competition among charge, orbital, lattice degrees of freedom, demonstrating domain-density-dependent enhancement. A combination experimental theoretical simulations elucidated that strong coupling distortion oxygen octahedral leads to an augment local inhomogeneity, resulting increased density domains. Bubble with low-angle domain walls high electric field sensitivity promoted polarization rotation thus improved properties. This study establishes a structure-property relationship for while providing guidelines designing high-performance nanoelectronic devices based on engineering strategies.
