Today the healthcare industries struggle to cope with ecological and social challenges for their customer services even while we are entering into a post-pandemic economy. Hospitals quickly running out of essential medical supplies firms fraught keep up rise in pent-up demand due ongoing supply chain issues caused by troubles from pandemic. Therefore, must design sustainable inventory strategy managing (HSC) ensure service net-zero This study explores policies pandemic situation considering transport cost as proportional COVID-19 intensity. The present study investigates the cause-and-effect relationships between production capacity decisions and choice of distribution policy aspects managing an extensive vaccination programme. Indian COVID-19 vaccine supply chain is taken as a case study, demographic data utilised. A Monte Carlo Markov Chain (MCMC) model developed to estimate time period-wise demand corresponding each policy. Furthermore, eight different management models involving addition transfer strategies for four policies are formulated. trade-off effectiveness efficiency objectives, namely Vaccine Supply total cost service level, investigated by comparing Pareto frontiers proposed models. compared based on cost, variation in region-wise level. results reveal that organisations can simultaneously save significant costs achieve higher levels if they cautiously align their approach front. Capacity interventions at national level result more lower than regional
