As medical informatization continues to progress, the sophistication of smart medicine (SM) systems has led a marked enhancement in caliber services provided. Nevertheless, existing body literature is sparse when it comes frameworks for evaluating service quality, specifically within domain (SM). Drawing on hybrid multi-criteria decision-making model that fuses best-worst method (BWM) with VIKOR approach, this research crafted an innovative framework assessing quality SM. BWM was used obtain weights all dimensions and indicators under each dimension. Then, hospitals H1, H2 H3 Xiamen evaluated using method. The results showed appointments, diagnosis treatment are three important evaluate SM institutions. stability robustness were proved through sensitivity analysis. Findings suggest can strengthen construction their appointment information platforms, management internal doctors, connection between self-service terminals platforms improve hospital medicine.

Comparing hospitals using multicriteria methods facilitates a thorough assessment of performance across multiple dimensions, supports informed decision-making, promotes accountability, and drives continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. This paper aims to apply assess Slovakia the pre-crisis (2019), crisis (2021), post-crisis (2023) periods COVID-19 pandemic. The is conducted four methods, i.e., ranking method, scoring normed variable TOPSIS nonmetric multidimensional scaling (NMDS). research sample comprises group classified under sector (SK) NACE 86.1—Hospital activities. Seven indicators (financial non-financial) were entered into analysis. results show that agreement among employed evaluation was statistically significant. Moreover, findings demonstrate Slovak hospital rankings based on selected criteria vary over time. perfect quality NMDS models, as indicated by stress values below 0.025, shows analysis provides highly accurate reliable representation comparisons. By combining with NMDS, we harness strengths each approach improve decision-making achieve greater insights intricate datasets. A comprehensive allows for identification system’s weaknesses, which can be utilized formulate new strategies. As an additional benefit, this includes bibliometric analysis, offering systematic synthesis existing methods.
