Abstract Background Osteosarcoma is the most prevalent malignant osseous sarcoma in children and adolescents, whose prognosis still relatively poor nowadays. Recent studies have shown critical function potential clinical applications of circular RNAs (circRNAs) osteosarcoma. Our review aimed to perform an updated meta-analysis explore their clinicopathologic significance prognostic value. Methods The structured literature was conducted via eight electronic databases four gray sources until 20 Feb 2021 identify eligible studies. data extracted directly from articles or reconstructed based on Kaplan-Meier curves. Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) tool used assess study quality. circRNAs measured through odds ratios (ORs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs), while value evaluated hazard (HRs) CIs overall survival (OS) disease-free (DFS). Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) is the causative agent of paratuberculosis. As a potential zoonotic pathogen, MAP also seriously threatens human health and social security. At present, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) has attracted wide attention as an useful biomarker in various diseases. Therefore, our study analyzed lncRNA expression profiles lncRNA-mRNA regulatory network infected bovine monocytes-macrophages uninfected cells by high-throughput sequencing. A total 4641 differentially expressed lncRNAs genes were identified, including 3111 up-regulated 1530 down-regulated genes. In addition, interaction analysis was performed to predict target lncRNA. Among them, after infection, 86 targeted mRNA, which only 6 significantly different. The results Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment showed that enriched functional groups related immune regulation.
