Abstract This study introduces a rake‐shaped graphene nanostructure and investigates multiple Fano resonances its sensing application by using finite‐difference time‐domain (FDTD) simulations method. Here, the dependence of structural parameters, Fermi levels, incidence angle polarization input wave on optical transmission spectra is aimed at investigating. The results show that tunable can be achieved in nanostructure. In addition, characteristics based multi‐Fano resonance are also studied work. research sensitivity figure merit (FOM) reach up to 2.1 THz/RIU 3.3/RIU as result enhanced interaction between environmental substances waves. These findings deepen understanding plasmonic graphene‐based metasurfaces emphasize their significant potential applications.
