A significant amount of energy can be produced using renewable sources; however, storing massive amounts poses a substantial obstacle to production. Economic crisis has led rapid developments in electrochemical (EC) storage devices (EESDs), especially rechargeable batteries, fuel cells, and supercapacitors (SCs), which are effective for systems. Researchers have lately suggested that among the various EESDs, SC is an alternate due presence following characteristics: SCs offer high-power density (PD), improvable (ED), fast charging/discharging, good cyclic stability. This review highlighted analyzed concepts types on basis electrode materials, several feasible synthesis processes preparation metal oxide (MO) nanoparticles, discussed morphological effects MOs performance devices. In this review, we primarily focus pseudo-capacitors SCs, mainly contain their composite also highlight future possibilities as useful application MO-based materials supercapacitors. The novelty MO’s synergistic hybrid rich redox activity, excellent conductivity, chemical stability, making them applications.

The current investigation documented the construction of eco-friendly zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) using Araucaria heterophylla leaf extract. synthesized material is characterized through various techniques. x-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrum depicted prominent peaks. 31.9 nm was determined to be average particle size. spherical and aggregated ZnO NPs were visible in scanning electron microscope (SEM) results. Energy dispersive (EDX) spectra results confirmed existence Zinc oxygen elemental FTIR extract elaborated on participation phytochemical constituents. Catalytic activity investigated for Methylene blue (MB) Congo red dye (CR). For both dyes, best outcomes are achieved when concentration 5 mg/L adsorbent dose 10 mg, with a contact duration 20 min. Adsorption isotherms (Langmuir Freundlich) kinetic models including pseudo first order, Elovich, intraparticle diffusion, Boyd also applied degradation studies. Antioxidant potential assessed three different approaches: total antioxidant, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) activity, phenolic contents. scavenging free radical percentage calculated 82 ± 0.07 1500 μg/mL concentration. In comparison standard, antioxidant 0.569 (% w/w). While contents 244 1.4 mg GAE/g. Hence, this study demonstrated that biosynthesized exhibit adequate environmental remediation
