Purpose The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and counterproductive work behavior (CWB) in remote (RW). Tecnológicamente, detectan habilidad emocional real, diferencias uso medios alto vs. bajo (85.2 72.6; p 0.01; 7) revelan disparidades conductuales.
