According
to
the
dual
syndrome
hypothesis,
patients
with
Parkinson
disease
(PD)
visuospatial
deficits
are
more
likely
progress
dementia,
compared
a
prevalent
dysexecutive
syndrome.
In
this
study,
we
aimed
investigate
whether
early
connectivity
changes
in
dorsolateral
prefrontal
cortex
(DLPFC)
and
precuneus
(PCun)-which
critical
fronto-executive
functions,
respectively-can
identify
distinct
cognitive
phenotypes
cognitively
intact
newly
diagnosed
PD.
