According to the dual syndrome hypothesis, patients with Parkinson disease (PD) visuospatial deficits are more likely progress dementia, compared a prevalent dysexecutive syndrome. In this study, we aimed investigate whether early connectivity changes in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) and precuneus (PCun)-which critical fronto-executive functions, respectively-can identify distinct cognitive phenotypes cognitively intact newly diagnosed PD.
