Purpose: The increasing incidence of uterine fibroids (UFs) among women who could consider conception presents challenges. This study examined the relationships fatigue, UF symptom severity, sexual function, anxiety, and loneliness across diverse life conditions treatment stages in with UFs wishing to maintain fertility.Methods: descriptive correlational study, guided by Levine’s conservation model, included 221 hoping their reproductive potential. Participants were recruited from gynecology-focused online communities, data collected through an survey. questionnaire gathered information on general treatment-related characteristics, as well measures loneliness. analyzed using statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis variance, Welch test, Pearson correlation analysis.Results: Most participants (91.9%) experienced dysfunction was prevalent (85.5%). Fatigue, levels significantly intercorrelated (p≤.001), whereas severity only associated fatigue (r=.51, p<.001) function (r=–.41, p<.001). Objective: To explore clinicians' perspectives on diagnosing, treating, and managing uterine fibroids, identifying gaps challenges in health care delivery, offering recommendations for improving care. Materials Methods: A qualitative design was used to conduct 14 semistructured interviews with clinicians who treat fibroid patients central Indiana. Interviews were audio recorded, transcribed verbatim, analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. Constant comparative identify emergent themes. Results: Four themes emerged. (1) Lack of patient awareness: Patients lacked awareness, leading explaining diagnoses treatment. Misconceptions emotional distress highlighted the need better education. (2) Inequities access: Health disparities affected Black women rural patients, transportation, scheduling delays, financial constraints hindering access. Abstract Background-Black women are disproportionately affected by uterine fibroids. Although many with myomas without symptoms, early diagnosis of the disease is imperative for better treatment outcomes. Objective- The study explored lived experiences attending Kawempe National Referral Hospital (KNRH.) Methods- was a qualitative facility-based research that employed phenomenological approach. Nineteen (19) were recruited selected maximum variation purposive sampling technique.
