The novel mixed-matrix membrane (MMMs) by incorporating covalently amino groups grafted nano-silica (Amino-NP) into an eco-friendly, organic solvent-free waterborne polyurethane (OSF-WPU) matrix for the separation application of CO 2 /N . This investigation focused on gas permeance and performance MMMs. optimized factor reached [Formula: see text], with a text] GPU under conditions 1.0 bar 25 ∘ C in wet mixed-gas state. Incorporating even tiny amount Amino-NP efficiently enhanced permeability selectivity. OSF-WPU/Amino-NP MMMs demonstrated superior performance, emphasize their potential stable long-term operation practical applications.
