Objectives Schizophrenia is a debilitating psychiatric illness that often understudied due to stigma and cultural barriers. This report presents clinical descriptive evaluation of patients with schizophrenia in Saudi Arabia, focusing on demographics, information, treatment efficacy safety. Methods single-center cross-sectional study included 42 antipsychotics for at least 6 months, male-to-female ratio 1:1 mean age 36 years. Results Most were single (64.3%) unemployed (51.2%), 52.4% having only high school education level. The median duration antipsychotic was 21.2 (1.7–227.5) months. Antipsychotic combination therapy the most common intervention (59.5%). Efficacy results from Positive Negative Syndrome Scale showed complete remission 4.8%, partial 11.9%, moderate 33.3%, no improvement 50% patients. Safety via modified Simpson–Angus indicated 71.4% had normal scores, 26.2% experienced minimal movement disorders, 2.4% clinically significant symptoms. Conclusion preliminary investigation examined demographics features as well tolerability relevant treatments. Larger studies are needed understand this population comprehensively.
