This study delves into the energy optimization problem in Internet of Things (IoT) networks. We consider downlink from multiple antenna Gateway (GW) and single IoT devices. For this challenging nonconvex problem, we initially introduced well-known zero-forcing beamforming (ZFBF) to eliminate inter-user interference, thereby transforming efficiency maximization a concave-convex fractional problem. Then, instead applying combination ZFBF with power allocation, propose Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm allocate find optimized matrix. Through extensive numerical analysis, demonstrate effectiveness our proposed scheme terms achieved at GW. The results underscore significant benefits approach over conventional methods, paving way for practical efficient
