This study examines the intricacies of Alzheimer's disease (AD), its origins, and potential advantages various herbal extracts natural compounds for enhancing memory cognitive performance. Future studies into AD treatments are encouraged by review's demonstration effectiveness phytoconstituents that were extracted from a number plants. In addition to having many beneficial effects, such as improved cholinergic function, medicines also much less harmful, more readily available, easier use than other treatments. They pass without difficulty through blood-brain barrier (BBB). focused on substances their effects using academic databases identify peer-reviewed published between 2015 2024. According literature review, 66 isolated 21 distinct plants have shown efficacy, which could be encouraging future research therapies. Since most clinical trials produce contradictory results, suggests larger-scale with longer treatment durations necessary validate or refute therapeutic efficacy

Resveratrol, a naturally occurring phenolic stilbene molecule, has been intensively researched for its anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antioxidant, antibacterial, and neuroprotective properties. However, due to limited absorption probable hepatotoxicity, it is difficult employ directly as medication, limiting therapeutic applicability. Over the last five years, numerous structural changes in resveratrol have widely studied, resulting considerable improvements pharmacological activity drug availability. This work reviews biological activities structure-activity relationships (SARs) of derivatives, with goal providing useful insights discovery new derivatives.

Ischemic stroke (IS) is the leading cause of worldwide death while discovery and effective delivery neuroprotective agents for satisfied IS treatment still challenging. In this study, we discover that celery seed (CS) derived reconstituted lipid nanoparticles (CS-rLNPs) can effectively penetrate across blood-brain barrier (BBB) with increased distribution to brain. Especially, CS-rLNPs show innate neuron-targeting ability primarily bind neuron in cerebral ischemic area, which not reported by any parallel studies. Moreover, are found exert therapeutic effects on IS, restore function model mice. Further studies reveal realized through TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB p65 pathway regulated anti-inflammation anti-apoptosis mechanisms. Therefore, serve as a neuron-targeted nanomedicine treatment.
